With traditional family recipes and reliably high product quality, Georg Weis has been developing the local farm into a distillery with an excellent reputation since 1924. The founder’s love for nature and its gifts was passed on in the family: at the beginning of the sixties, his son Clemens Weis took over the management and in 1996 passed it on to the third generation of the family. Today, Hansjörg and Christian Weis lead the company with the same “burning” passion that inspired their grandfather many decades ago.
