55% Meunier – 35% Chardonnay – 10% Pinor Noir
A combination of structure, liveliness and aromatic complexity. This intense and elegant cuvée offers an excellent length on the palate. As an aperitif or to accompany a gourmet occasion.
A crystalline straw yellow colour with a refned sparkled, the aroma is
delicate, highlighted with fne hints of aniseed and a noble and chalky
earthiness, notes of white fruit and a fne yeasty hint of brioche.
On the palate it has an especially velvety feel with a perfectly integrated
sparkle; on the whole it has a strong fruity fnish. In general it has a
structure that combines vivacity with a complex aroma built around
fruity favours and wonderfully distinguished woody notes.

The extraordinary selectivity of our champagnes and the persistent search for the perfect note lead our sommelier into small family-run chateaus that look back on many generations of winemakers and rely on tradition and innovation with great passion, excellent qualities, shaped by decades of know-how. Our Jean Call impresses with the finesse, purity and quality of exquisite Pinot Meunier grapes and creates a first-class balance of complex structure and fine aroma. An extraordinary champagne that expresses its unmistakable character in an excellent composition of fine base wines – presented in luxurious bottles that underline its elegance. This meticulous attention to detail is not only very time-consuming, it also creates unique items. Every single bottle is coated with metal, sealed, decorated with fine pewter labels and polished by hand in an elaborate manual process. No two bottles of Jean Call Champagne are alike.
