CANUTO 7 YEARS
Canuto 7 years, the youngest member of our family, is produced and aged in the southern highlands of Ecuador. This aromatic rum is distilled from sugar cane cultivated in high altitude regions – above 700 m.a.s.l. – which grants it a characteristic flavor intensity that beautifully contrasts with its mellow aroma.
Produced in limited quantities in our own copper pot stills, Canuto 7 years is then aged with traditional methods in white oak barrels. The results is an intense rum with a delicate aroma that deserves to be sipped slowly.
